So what? Hundreds of companies do the same thing. What makes us unique?

For starters, our team includes former retail executives -- users of credit card services -- who share a common belief: That of all the banking products available to business owners today, the one most often misrepresented is the credit card processing account.

Working in retail, we learned how credit card processing works -- sometimes the hard way. We learned that "qualification" and "mark up" are a lot more important than the "discount rate" (see why in our Credit Card 101 section). We learned that this industry has plenty of companies willing to sell and run, but very very few willing or able to help manage the client's bottom line costs.

That's why we got into this business. To treat our clients like we wanted to be treated. To create a company where your bottom line is our top priority.
